The first you'll notice about how different we are is 24/7 nationwide roadside assistance for bicycles. We love bicycling. It's better for you and the planet. We pioneered over 20 years ago, and we're still the only roadside company that has it.

Bicycle membership benefits:

• Nationwide emergency roadside assistance. Transportation service for you and your bicycle up to up to 30 miles per service call with a maximum of two service calls per covered member per year.

A Bicycle Only Membership is $41.95 per year and does not include coverage for your Automobile or Motorcycle. When bundled with an Auto Membership, Bicycle Roadside Assistance is only $18.00 per year.

Bicycle services can be added to any of our Auto Programs for just $18.00. Bicycle members who also have our auto coverage do not receive membership in the League of American Bicyclists or any associated benefit.

Service coverage

Bicycle roadside assistance covers up to 30 miles of transportation per service call.

 

Service calls

A bicycle membership for a single individual covers that individual for two service calls per membership year. Bicycle Plus memberships cover multiple riders, and the named rider is eligible for their own service calls. Calls are not transferable.

 

"Towing"

If you're in need of emergency assistance on your bicycle, call the emergency roadside assistance number provided in your membership materials. A service provider from our network will be dispatched to transport you and your bicycle to your desired destination.

 

"Locked out"

Because we cannot verify ownership of a bicycle, we cannot dispatch service to remove a bike lock. However, if you independently arrange service to free a locked bike, you may submit a claim for reimbursement for up to $50.

"Flat tire"
If your bicycle is rendered immobile due to a flat tire, we can not deliver new equipment.
